This project involves reimagining an old floor-level bungalow into a modern, multifunctional office space. Designed to foster growth and innovation, the revamped structure will house a variety of businesses and ventures.
The design incorporates shared workspaces and incubation centers, providing startups and entrepreneurs with the perfect environment to collaborate and thrive. The top floors are dedicated to the primary business operations, while the remaining floors are tailored for versatile use, including co-working spaces and additional ventures.
With an eco-friendly approach, the elevation blends greenery into the facade and walls, creating a harmonious balance between functionality and sustainability. This thoughtful design not only maximizes space utilization but also nurtures a sense of community and collaboration within the business ecosystem.
